Matt Bennett leads our global Talent Team, who specialize in all aspects of our employee lifecycle. The Talent Team are experts in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Employee Experience.

As well as his internal work, he partners with our clients in an advisory capacity on key talent attraction, retention and engagement strategies. Partnering with our clients in this way gives us a unique mutually beneficial insight into each other's industries and best practices.

Matt is passionate about Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging. He co-leads our Conscious Capitalism Committee and is active and all our Employee Resource Groups.

He has 25 years of leadership experience in the recruitment industry, leads and delivers our High Performance Leadership Program and is an Executive Coach and Mentor. He joined us in 2018, having moved from London to Los Angeles to build the Talent Team for GQR.
