Rachel Southworth has over 13 years of experience in Healthcare Staffing. She grew up in the travel nursing industry, starting as a recruiter admin, promoted to Recruiter and Senior Recruiter before entering leadership in late 2018. Since then, she has led teams in recruitment and client side, finding her passion in Account Management.

Rachel understands the impact of finding the right clinicians has on a hospital system and strives to earn the trust of her clients by providing a high level of customer service and delivering committed, well-qualified candidates.
